4.Has an average or above average body fat percentage (Females: ~30%+, Males: ~20%+)
Halfway there:
This is for people who are:
1.Beginning to expend some energy on losing fat
2.Tracking some food intake, but not all
3.Only using a few of the more simple weight loss strategies
4.Has a fit to average body fat percentage (Females: 21-30%, Males: 12-20%)
Advanced:
This is for people who are:
1.Actively working to lose fat
2.Tracking all or nearly all food intake
3.Using all or nearly all weight loss strategies
4.Has an athletic to fit body fat percentage (Females: 13-20%, Males: 7-10%)
