What is this site?

This is a place for people who are about self improvement and personal growth looking to transform their lives and achieve their goals, one step at a time. It provides direction for people looking to realize their potential. If you know you are destined for more, this site is for you. It can help you discover what you’re capable of and become your greatest self.

What do you offer?

I offer a holistic approach toward improving your life. A glass can only spill what it contains so we build upon nutrition and fitness at the beginning both in a literal sense and as a metaphorical tool. We offer a community for accountability and intellectual stimulation, step by step goal setting, challenges designed to encourage personal development and build confidence. Beyond the nutrition and fitness, social and relational acumen will be grown organically. We will help you discover how to live the life that you so far have only dreamed.

How do I use the templates?

Read the intro and warm up guidelines, do the first month intro workouts prior to beginning the monthly workouts if at all possible where applicable. Workout as often as possible, but listen to your body. Recovery and rest outside of the gym is just as important as working hard in the gym. If a prescribed weight doesn’t seem right, use common sense and be smart. Always use caution, and don’t just jump into something that you don’t feel comfortable doing. Check the forums for more information or just email me with questions, but do your homework first.

What is the forum?

The forum is a community where members ask and answer questions, participate in regular challenges, engage in discussion and debate, and create friendships. It’s a place to share your struggles and your accomplishments, and it’s a place to go to find inspiration and motivation and share your results.

What results can I expect?

It will depend on what you put in… but if you follow the programs for training and adhere to the nutrition guidelines you will see big changes in appearance and strength. I don’t just invent random workouts to bring you pain and make you sore the next day. I use proven principles and best practices to create the workouts. But even still, be patient, good things often take time. Check out the testimonials for more detailed results. Remember, our successes and our failures are ultimately dependent upon ourselves. If personal responsibility isn’t something you’re into, then this site isn’t for you.

What about nutrition?

Templates are available for cutting, bulking, and general health/maintenance. I always try to create programs that are sustainable and manageable. I don’t advocate big calorie restricting diets to lose 10 lbs of fat in a week. I don’t offer big bulk protocols to gain 10 lbs of lean muscle in a week either. Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but those are not real things. These are just guidelines for informational purposes only, they are not meant to diagnose or to be all encompassing. But if you buy into the program, I mean really buy in all the way, not just half way, you’re long term results will speak for themselves and the compliments and looks you receive will be your reward.

How do I choose a template?

What’s your primary goal? Getting stronger, building muscle, losing weight? What’re your interests? Mastering simple or complex moves? New exercises and sweating? What’s your fitness level? Advanced, intermediate, beginner? Nutrition will affect your body composition as much as your training does, so if gaining or losing weight is the goal, get on the right diet plan. All the programs will overlap in some ways, so don’t stress. Look for what fulfills your two or three biggest goals most closely. Don’t jump from program to program, give it at least three months before you switch it up. Results take time. If you have more questions or can’t decide, just contact me.

What do I do if I can’t figure out how to use a feature or access something?

Check on the forum, and if you can’t find your answer, just send me an email. I am happy to help!

What do I do if I have an issue that isn’t addressed in the FAQ or the forum?

Just email me! I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. If you’ve tried to figure out the issue and can’t, don’t feel bad asking. If you just had a question pop into your head and didn’t look into it, you need to learn some personal responsibility and learn to make more of an effort before giving up and looking for someone else to solve your problems. Just saying!
