Number One Diet Secret

A fundamental secret of diet success is to make the staples of your diet super nutritious and healthy. If your go to lunch is a bologna sandwich with american cheese on white bread, you’re virtually setting yourself up for failure.

This is common sense, and easier said than done. But try to figure out 3 or 4 regular meals you can have readily available to you at all times. Healthy, filling, nutritious meals. My go to’s are a chili, a lamb stew, and an egg/cheese/broccoli medley. Just personal preference, but I highly recommend it!
