Diet Short Term v Long Term

When we think of a diet we think of eating less, cutting out sweets, eliminating alcohol, and absolutely no fun. Some whack jobs even cut out chocolate. We think of juice cleanses and denying ourselves the food we like by “eating clean.” Some just scale back and only eat things “if it fit your macros.” Some people go all the way and just straight up fast for extended periods of time. Truly crazy, right?

Long story short, cutting calories in some way to create a caloric deficit. That’s the key, right?
